Timi Ariyo is the current Executive Chair of the Board of Directors of CAA..

He is also the current Executive Chair of the Board of Directors of the British African Global Investment Company Limited.

He holds a B.Sc (Hons.) degree in Economics/Political Science from University of Jos and an M.Sc degree in Computer Science from University of Hertfordshire UK.

Timi hold directorships in other corporations namely,

• Executive Director Teracom properties investments Ghana Limited,
• Managing Director Ariian Investments Ghana Limited,
• Executive Director McAri Oil & Gas Nigeria Limited,

• Director BAGIC Cyprus Property Limited, to mention but a few.

Timi has over 20 years experience in the provision of Information Systems and Technology solutions globally, for telecoms giants like Vodafone UK & Germany, T-Mobile UK, WorldCom USA, Viag Intekom in Germany.

Within the Financial services sector, Timi has also worked as a development/ system/ design/ analyst for Continental Merchant Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Barclays Bank UK, LloydsTSB, Fidelity, Prudential Financial Services in both a Credit Risk Analyst and Project Manager capacity.

He studied Accountancy and he is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN). He also hold a Master of Banking and Finance from Bayero University kano, Nigeria.

Previously, he was a banker with over nineteen (19) years working experience that spanned through various financial institutions in Nigeria such of FBN (Merchant Bankers) Limited, First Bank of Nigeria Plc, Intercontinental Bank Plc and Access Bank Plc.

Thereafter Access Bank Plc, he gloriously resigned to establish a success flourishing Poultry Farming Enterprise producing quality poultry farming products that meet and exceeds the expectation of the teeming population.

Furthermore, he a philanthropist, community leader and a motivational speaker that speaks on subject such as entrepreneurship, business management, personal growth and leadership.

He loves traveling, reading and listening to motivational talks. He is married and has three lovely children.

He is a Mechanical Engineer, trained in USA and worked for various corporations for over 20 years.

Presently, he is into fish farming on commercial basis in Nigeria. He is a highly sought after consultant in the fish farming sector of the Agricultural Industry.

He is a astute business man and married with kids.​
